My chronic issues began to shift immediately when I started working with Rebecca long distance. My family remarked that they could hear an improvement in my lungs over the phone! and my daughter said that I sounded happier after I initially spoke with Rebecca (before our session!). You have helped me to both hear and listen to myself. I make a distinction between the two.
You have helped me make the connection between the different parts of myself in a way that I have not known before.
For example, I used to run to help me work out my stress even though I knew it was bad for me. I was in constant pain in my back, but I thought that I just needed to block that out and press on.
You have helped me to give myself permission to listen to my body and stop running.
I still have to find a way to work out on a physical level that is healthy for me, but I no longer feel the need to shut down the message from my body.
You see, my running was also a metaphor. I was running away from myself. I was running away from my emotional pain.

Just wanted to say thanks for the session yesterday. I always knew you were a wonderful healer, but I didn't fully realize how gifted you are until yesterday's session. I am not comfortable expressing my emotions, especially tears, in front of others...yet I was able to move through the process, feeling very supported.
