The Power of Presence

Peace begins within, then we can radiate it out to the world. I am sharing these meditations to assist your inward and outward peaceful journey to BE the change you want to see in the world. My greatest joy is to help people remember their Divine connection to all things and assist awakening to Oneness. I believe that once we can remember our connection to all that is, Peace on Earth will finally be realized. My passion is to heal the planet one person at a time.

I am the founder of Life Healing and present the Power of Presence during seminars. I have developed a unique approach to healing by combining many different modalities that include the Gillespie Approach, Hellerwork, and energy work.
 
When I was 33 I started an extensive healing journey when doctors diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis. Through my journey I realized for any disease to heal completely, it must be healed on the physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic levels. Having successfully healed myself, I now offers the skills I've learned to assist others on their journey.
 
Through life experiences, I have learned the healing aspect of the Power of Presence. Defined, this powerful healing can occur by being completely present with yourself and others. During individual healing sessions and seminars, I hold the Power of Presence to create a safe and sacred space for healing and learning to occur.  
 
This is especially important when CFT accesses cellular memory, and buried emotions surface. Quite often, emotions are suppressed due to judgment, lack of safety, or being shamed. I excel at honoring the expression of this energy in individual sessions and at seminars and teach this skill to students.
 
My greatest joy is to help people remember their Divine connection to all things and help awaken my clients to Oneness. Much like fascia, which connects everything in the body, quantum physics has proven that energy connects all of us to everything and everyone. 
 
I believe that once we can remember our connection to all that is, Peace on Earth will finally be realized. My passion is to heal the planet one person at a time.
