I am truly feeling better every single day, SOOOO much better! If I had paid for thousands of dollars in expensive prolotherapy, I would be pretty pleased if I felt this good (but would most likely feel much more sore, wouldn't have addressed the root of the problem, and would have felt guilty about the expenditure). I am continually working on my posture and the unconscious tensing of my muscles - especially my fingers and toes. I am stretching religiously, breathing and using white light. I am sleeping very happily without a back brace for the first time in months. My morning 3-mile walk is much easier now, with no danger of spasms, but I stiill pause to stretch occasionally because it feels beneficial.

"Since my session last
night, I hugged a tree today and little Tiffany
decided to come out and play. Surprisingly
enough, it didn't take all that much to
communicate with her. I think she just wanted me
to acknowledge her, and when I did, it seemed
like the floodgates poured open. I started to
remember things that had happened in my child
hood that I clearly repressed. Things that hurt
very much. I knew that it really was her because
all she kept saying to me was "All I ever wanted
was for someone to love me. Why didn't anyone
just love me?" It hasn't even been a full 24
hours since my session, however, I am starting to
feel at peace with the world.

"I had another big breakthrough just this
morning. I was driving to work, talking to my inner child, and building
that relationship with myself, when "Little
Tiffany" took me by the hand and lead me to this
door, she briefly opened it up, just long enough
for me too look inside. Inside, was all of the
things I have been wanting. Financial abundance,
the house, the car, nursing, everything that I
have been wanting. She quickly closed the door
and stood in front of it like an X. She started
crying, and said "I'm sorry I kept you from all
of the things you wanted." I told her not to be
sorry, because she didn't keep me from them. I
kept me from them. I gave her a hug, took her by
the hand, and we both walked through the door
together.

Danny had had a traumatic birth. His head was flat on one side and seemed a little slow to respond. Since his session with you I noticed him sleeping later. It may not seem like a big deal, but most days he would wake up really early and still be really
tired...yawning throughout the day.
>Recently, I've noticed that he is more responsive and receptive. He
participates more in conversations and is more "conversational".
He's been answering indirect questions. Usually, I would
have to be very direct and specific and deliberate in getting a
response from him.
Yesterday in the car, I said to my boys..."That was really nice of
that lady to give you guys those toys" Danny responded, " Yeah
Mommy, that was nice of the lady"
Typically, he would not say anything...or I would have to prompt him
by saying...."Wasn't that nice of the lady, Danny" and maybe I would
get a "yes".
It may not seem like a big deal, but it is too me. It's those
"subtle" things. I feel really good about it!!!!

"Your exercises for grounding and especially
the flushing out breaths down into the earth and the open
sighs to fan the spark within our hearts were very useful
images for me. I've needed a cleansing and heart-opening
breathing exercise for awhile now--so they were a very helpful
gift for me to take with me from the evening.
"I was able to have a fairly relaxed
visit with my mother. Things we've argued over in the past
seemed to resolve smoothly. I didn't get as hooked on some
of her issues--just let them be. After a skirmish with my
mom, she and I ended up going for a delightful ride in the

this because I think the evening I spent with you
