“I can't even begin to describe what an uplifting
experience this was and is. I find each day new
strength comes and an effort to acknowledge and
be thankful for every little thing that comes my way. After

Hi Rebecca!
I hope you are doing well. I really
enjoyed the Guided Healing
Meditation last week. What a lovely group of people.
I had an "a-Ha" moment this week...just like Loraine talked about.
I think it
was Loraine? Susan and I plan on coming to the next one.
Anyway....
I just wanted to give you some positive feedback
and let you know the
good things I have noticed with Danny.
First off, I noticed him sleeping later. It
may not seem like a big
deal, but most days he would wake up really early and still
be really
tired...yawning throughout the day.
Recently, I've noticed that he is more responsive
and receptive. He
participates more in conversations and is more "conversational"...if
that makes sense. My husband commented on it last night,
as
well. He's been answering indirect questions. Usually, I
would
have to be very direct and specific and deliberate in getting
a
response from him. Here's an example...
Yesterday in the car, I said to my boys..."That
was really nice of
that lady to give you guys those toys" Danny responded,
" Yeah
Mommy, that was nice of the lady"
Typically, he would not say anything...or
I would have to prompt him
by saying...."Wasn't that nice of the lady, Danny"
and maybe I would
get a "yes".
It may not seem like a big deal, but it is
too me. It's those "subtle" things. I
feel really good about it!!!!

"Your exercises for grounding and especially
the flushing out breaths down into the earth and the open
sighs to fan the spark within our hearts were very useful
images for me. I've needed a cleansing and heart-opening
breathing exercise for awhile now--so they were a very helpful
gift for me to take with me from the evening.
"I was able to have a fairly relaxed
visit with my mother. Things we've argued over in the past
seemed to resolve smoothly. I didn't get as hooked on some
of her issues--just let them be. After a skirmish with my
mom, she and I ended up going for a delightful ride in the
rented convertible I lucked out on. That was fun! I mention
this because I think the evening I spent with you
and the group definitely helped me separate the important
battles from the unnecessary squabbles.
